Travers Johnson (he/him) is the Founder & CEO of Queerency, the leading source for LGBTQ+ business news. He is also the Creator of LGBTQ+ Business Week, an annual 7-day celebration of queer-owned small businesses. Travers is an award-winning content strategist and editor with 15 years of experience in digital media, digital marketing, and book publishing. A Forbes contributor who covers topics at the intersection of the queer economy and the creator economy, Travers has worked for and with industry-leading companies including Mailchimp, Penguin Random House, Edelman, and Scholastic. He was trained at Morehouse College and Georgetown University and is a winner of the Google News Initiative Pitchfest and the Maynard Institute Media Entrepreneurship Award. Brian Derrick is a political strategist, influencer, and the Founder and CEO of Oath. He has built a large following on social media with his digestible breakdowns of political news and campaigns. Alex Hughes is the founder and CEO of So.Gay, a part of Hughes Brand Group. So.Gay is a new LGBTQ+ culture, content, and events brand. Kacey (they/them) runs Jupiter, your favorite queer Squarespace Development studio. They are a trans nonbinary sweetie who believes that gender is fake and that good snacks are very very real. They are a double Scorpio (which surprises no one) who believes that the 90s were 10 years ago and that success is in the journey itself.
